3D print life-sized models! The Form 3BL is large enough to print full-size anatomy and medical device with a 19.4” diagonal, print adult femurs, pelvic bones, skulls, and more at a 1:1 scale. The Form 3BL is large enough to print several surgical instruments and medical devices, with a compact footprint that nimbly scales capacity as demand increases.
Realizing fine details down to the micron level, is critical for printing surgical tools and intricate medical devices, while smooth surface finish and high accuracy ensure medical devices meet production standards.

The Form 3BL works around the clock with minimal supervision. With finely tuned settings that optimize print times, meet critical deadlines even for time-sensitive parts and models for trauma surgery. The Form 3B+ is simple to set up and maintain, no specialized training is required.

What features do you get?

With a large build volume of 33.5 × 20 × 30 cm (13.2 × 7.9 × 11.8 in), you can print one large model or many small parts in a single job.
LFS (Low Force Stereolithography) technology uses linear illumination and a flexible tank to turn liquid resin into flawless prints. This advanced form of stereolithography drastically reduces peel forces to provide groundbreaking print quality and printer reliability.

Improved post-processing: new innovations eliminate the risk of damaging your parts with tools while allowing you to reduce labor and increase throughput. Build Platform 2 and our patented Quick Release Technology releases parts from the print surface instantly. Enhanced light touch support structures detach from the part in seconds.
Validated workflows: the Form 3B+ has been validated in FDA-cleared workflows. It is also compatible with a wide range of biocompatible, sterilizable materials manufactured in our FDA-registered, ISO 13485 certified facility.

Access a library of over 30 materials, the Form 3B+ is compatible with our entire SLA materials library, including biocompatible, sterilizable materials.
Add additional Build Platforms and Resin Tanks to enable continuous printing and reduce downtime.
