What features do you get?

  • Massive build volumes. The Pro2 3D printer has a max build volume of 305mm x 305mm x 300mm. The Pro2 Plus 3D printer can print up to an even taller 305mm x 305mm x 605mm.
  • A heated metal build plate makes sure your materials are at peak performance during and after printing, ensuring high-quality accurate prints without warpage or damage, right off the print bed.
  • Print in a vast range of filaments, including some of the most accessible 3D printing materials available on the market (PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Nylon, Glass Fiber Infused, Carbon Fiber Infused, Metal Fill, and Wood Fill).
  • The Pro2 Series HEPA air filtration cleans the air of any particles, including nanoparticles, released during the 3D printing process. Effective in classrooms, offices, and large and small workspaces, the Pro2 Series filtration system is designed to operate quietly in the background of any workspace.
  • Lightning speed! Having a <1 second switch time means the Pro2 Series can change directions while printing an object. This shortens the overall time needed to complete your 3D printing jobs.
  • High repeatability (< 0.005 mm, 5 microns) and built-in reliability ensure your printer does not become misaligned during its back-and-forth movements as it prints for guaranteed pinpoint accuracy, print after print.
  • Use the user-friendly 7-inch touch screen to easily monitor the printing process, in unison with Raise3D slicing software, ideaMaker.

ABS

  • A classic plastic. ABS is a widely used 3D printing material, known for its reliability, stiffness, strength, and impact resistance. Your ABS prints will have high dimensional stability and chemical resistance. Use it for engineering, prototyping and function testing, or part assembly.

ASA

  • ASA (Acrylic styrene-acrylonitrile) is an opaque thermoplastic that loves the outdoors. Imagine ABS, but add superior UV and weather resistance. Your 3D prints retain their color and properties, no matter the season. Get higher UV, impact, heat, and wear resistance. ASA is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA+.

PETG

  • PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) is a user-friendly, accessible, and affordable material for everyday 3D prints. As an industrial thermoplastic with excellent chemical resistance, PETG is strong, durable, has good heat resistance, and is super easy to print. Use it for engineering, prototyping and function testing, or part assembly. PETG is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA+, Premium PVA

PLA

  • New to 3D printing? PLA (Polylactide) is your ideal starting point for 3D printing materials. PLA is non-toxic, bio-based, and 100% bio-degradable. PLA is an industrial thermoplastic that offers your prints durability, strength, and easy repeat printability. Get environmentally friendly prints with excellent surface finish in a wide range of colors. PLA is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA+, Premium PVA

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Filament

  • Carbon Fiber Reinforcement adds chopped carbon fiber to your favorite polymer base, like familiar PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, or PP, for superior strength and stiffness. Reduce shrinkage and warpage during cooling, and greatly improve final strength-to-weight ratio, dimensional stability, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties. Carbon Fiber Reinforcement is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA

  • *Please note, Carbon Fiber Reinforced filament is abrasive and will wear out brass nozzles quickly. We recommend printing carbon fiber filament with a hardened nozzle.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Filament

  • Choose Glass Fiber Reinforced filament for prototypes and pieces that need best-in-show durability and heat resistance. Improve the stiffness, toughness, strength, and heat resistance of your designs. Get final prints with a high strength-to-weight ratio, superior heat and chemical-resistance, and increased dimensional stability in your choice of colors at an affordable price point. Glass Fiber Reinforcement is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA

PA (Polyamide, Nylon)

  • PA (Polyamide), commonly known as Nylon, is widely used in engineering and industrial applications for its excellent mechanical performance. With good toughness, strength, and impact resistance, it can be used for tools and functional end-use parts. The smooth surface finish has a low friction coefficient that is perfect for ergonomic tools and moving parts. PA/Nylon is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PVA+

PA12 CF

  • PA12 CF (Nylon Polyamide 12, reinforced with Carbon Fiber) enhances Nylon’s stiffness, strength, rigidity, shrink ratio, and surface quality, while also boosting its chemical and thermal resistance. Get the strength and impact resistance of PA with the added hardness and heat resistance benefits of Carbon Fiber. PA12 CF is also printing compatible with these Raise3D materials: PA12 CF support filament, Premium PVA
  • *Please note, Carbon Fiber is abrasive and will wear out brass nozzles quickly. We recommend printing carbon fiber with a hardened nozzle.

PC (Polycarbonate)

  • Parts 3D printed with PC (Polycarbonate) thermoplastic boast impressive impact resistance, high stiffness, and flame retardant properties. Ideal for the heated conditions under the hood of a high-performance machine, PC absorbs impacts, resists deformation and cracks, and effortlessly maintains its stability with 110°C heat resistance. PC is durable, strong, and engineered for end-use parts. PC can even print with complete optical translucency.

PP (Polypropylene)

  • PP (Polypropylene) is one of the most common thermoplastics used for countless applications in daily life. Print your semi-flexible, bending, or twisting parts with PP filament for end-use pieces that are durable, break and fatigue resistant. As an added bonus, PP is contact-safe for food, chemical, and medical applications.

TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane)

  • Use TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) to print resilient flexible tubes, seals, bushings, vibration dampeners and more. A rubber-like filament, TPU’s elasticity and durability make it ideal for high impact-absorption. TPU is also print compatible with these Raise3D materials: Premium PLA, Premium PVA
